  ஆறு நாட்களாக உடன் வைத்திருந்த நிலையில் இறுதியாக  கடலில் தூக்கி போட்டோம்  என கரை திரும்பிய மீனவர்கள் கண்ணீர் மல்க தெரிவித்தனர்.

கடந்த 18.09.2019ம் திகதி கடலுக்கு மீன்பிடிக்கச்  சென்று 22 நாட்களின் பின் கரை திரும்பிய மீனவர்களான சாய்ந்தமருதை சேர்ந்த  சீனி முகம்மது ஜுனைதின் (வயது 36) இஸ்மா லெப்பை ஹரீஸ் (வயது 37 ) ஆகியோர்  திருகோணமலை பொலிஸ் நிலையம் ஊடாக சம்மாந்துறை பொலிஸ் நிலையத்திற்கு கடந்த வியாழக்கிழமை(10) இரவு  அழைத்து வரப்பட்டு    ஒப்படைக்கப்பட்ட பின்னர்  சம்மாந்துறை பொலிஸ் நிலையத்தில் தங்களது வாய்முறைப்பாடினை பதிவு செய்த பின்னர் தத்தமது வீட்டிற்கு சென்றடைந்தனர்.

 இவ்வாறு  வீட்டிற்கு வந்தவர்கள் இறநடத சக  மீனவரான காரைதீவை சேர்ந்த சண்முகம் சிரிகிருஷ்ணன் (வயது 47)  என்பவர்  10 நாற்களின் பின் இறந்ததாகவும் அவரின் உடலை தாங்கள் 6 நாட்களாக தங்களுடன் வைத்துக் கொண்டிருந்ததாகவும்  அதன் பின்னர்  அவருடைய பூதவுடலை  தங்களின் மிதக்கும் உடையில்  சுற்றி கடலில் விட்டதாகவும் கண்ணீர் மல்க தெரிவித்தனர்.

அத்துடன் சக மீனவரின்  பிரிவால் துயறுற்றிருக்கும் அவரின் மனைவி  பிள்ளைகள் மற்றும் அவரது உறவினர்கள் அனைவருக்கும் ஆழ்ந்த அனுதாபங்களைத் தெரிவித்துக் கொள்வதாக குறிப்பிட்ட அவர்கள் அகடகுடும்ப நிலையினை கருத்திற் கொண்டு  வாழ்வாதரத்தைக் மேன்படுத்த மீனவ அமைப்புக்களும் மீன்பிடி சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரிகளும் மனிதாபிமான முறையில் இன,மத பேதங்களை மறந்து   உதவிக்கரம் நீ்ட்ட வேண்டும் என்றும் கேட்டுக் கொண்டனர்.

மேலும் இவ்வாறு  காணாமல்போன மீனவர்களும் அந்த படகும் கடலில் தத்தளித்துக் கொண்டிருந்த நிலையில் அவர்களை அணுகி குறித்த படகினை கரைக்கு  கட்டி இழுத்து செல்ல உதவிய  சகோதர இன மீனவர்களுக்கும்  அதன் உரிமையாளருக்கும்  மற்றும் இரவு பகல் பாரது அற்பணிப்புடன் செயல்பட்ட ஆழ்கடல் இயந்திரப் படகு உரிமையாளர் சங்கத்தினருக்கும்  அதன் முக்கிய நிர்வாகிகளுக்கும்  அனைத்து மீனவத் தொழிலாளர்களுக்கும் பொலிஸ், கடற்படை  மற்றும் மீன்பிடித் திணைக்கள அதிகாரிகள் ஆகியோருக்கும், ஏனைய முக்கிய அதிகாரிகள், ஊடகங்கள் அனைவருக்கும் அவர்களுடைய குடும்பத்தினரும் குறித்த படகின் உரிமையாளர்களும் தங்களுடைய  நன்றிகளை தெரிவித்து கொள்வதாக குறிப்பிட்டனர்.

மேலும் எம்மை எந்தவொரு அமைச்சர்களோ எமது சமூகம் சார்ந்த அரசியல்வாதிகளோ வந்து ஆறுதல் கூட சொல்லவில்லை.நாங்கள் அநாதையாக தான் தற்போதும் இறந்திருந்தால் கூட இருந்திருப்போம் என கண்கலங்கினார். கடலுக்கு செல்லும் மீனவர்களுக்கு தொலைத்தொடர்பு சாதனங்கள் இன்மையினாலே இவ்வாறான உயிரிழப்புகளும்  உடமையிழப்புகளும் நிகழ்கின்றன.உயிரை பணயம் வைத்து கடலுக்கு செல்லும் இந்த மீனவர்களின் உழைப்பை நம்பி பல குடும்பங்கள்  காத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கின்றன. மீனவர்களுக்கான அடிப்படை வசதிகளை உரிய அதிகாரிகள் மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டுமென மீனவர்கள் வலியுறுத்துகின்றனர்.
